The offer and sale of products on our website ("biscottini.it") are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale.
Products purchased on biscottini.it are sold directly by BISCOTTINI I.A.T. Srl .

In compliance with national and international regulations governing e-commerce, our aim is to enable consumers - potentially worldwide - to purchase furniture items online.

WHEREAS

The Customer declares and guarantees:

to be of legal age; that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and true; that, each time he makes a purchase, he has read the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Shipping and Returns Policy and the General Conditions of Sale, specified below, accepting them.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005, on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects relating to electronic commerce.

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified by Biscottini I.A.T Srl, without prior notice, also in consideration of any regulatory changes.

Any new General Conditions of Sale will be valid from the date of publication on biscottini.it and will be applied to sales concluded after the new disclosure.

The following General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than Biscottini I.A.T. Srl that may be present on the site biscottini.it through links, banners or other hypertext links.

Orders

The conditions of sale in force are considered expressly accepted by the Customer when he completes, following the relative instructions, the order form in electronic format and transmits it electronically to Biscottini I.A.T. Srl.
Failure to provide or incorrect provision of data will necessarily make it impossible to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract of sale may be concluded.
The order, only if completed in its entirety and if accepted, will be stored in the database of Biscottini I.A.T Srl for the period of time necessary to process and in any case within the terms of the law.
Since an order form may contain products of a different kind, the delivery times of the individual products that make up the same order may be different, as indicated on the individual products.
For this reason, without prejudice to what is agreed below in the Right of Withdrawal clause, the Customer agrees to accept any delivery at different times, waiving any claim for damages and / or compensation.
Biscottini I.A.T Srl undertakes, in accordance with the provisions of the law, to promptly inform the Customer of any unavailability of the product ordered and jointly, except as hereinafter agreed in the clause of Right of Withdrawal, also undertakes to propose reasonable alternative solutions to the Customer.
Biscottini I.A.T Srl will send the customer, by e-mail, for all products purchased, an order summary (DETAILS OF THE ORDER).
The Order Summary will contain information on the products purchased, including, unit and total price, means of payment and transport costs.

Prices

The prices shown for each item offered for sale by Biscottini I.A.T. Srl on the site are expressed in Euro and are intended to the public including VAT and packaging, excluding shipping costs. Biscottini I.A.T. Srl reserves the right to modify the prices indicated on the pages of its website without prior notice.
In the event of price increases after the acquisition of orders not yet processed, Biscottini I.A.T. Srl will still apply the prices in force on the site at the time of the order.

Payment

All orders are deemed to have been acquired on completion of the payment process.
Payments are always inclusive of transport costs.
Biscottini I.A.T. Srl accepts payments by PAYPAL ACCOUNT, by CREDIT CARDS (VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, V-PAY, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB, UPI) on the secure circuit CRV, and by bank transfer in advance.
In case of payment made by BONIFICO BANCARIO ANTICIPATO, to be made in favor of BISCOTTINI I.A.T. SRL Unip. - Iban: IT11 H063 7071 1040 0001 0005 700 (Swift CRVOIT3V) indicating in the reason for the number and holder of the order, the goods will be processed only after the administrative confirmation of payment. After 10 days from the order if the bank transfer has not yet been made the order is automatically canceled.
In case of payment by CREDIT CARD, the financial information (for example, the number of the credit / debit card or the date of its expiration) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to the circuits CRV and Paypal that provide the related remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able, in any way, to have access to it.
Such information, moreover, will never be known to Biscottini I.A.T. Srl.
In the event that it is necessary to make a refund by returning products as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal, Biscottini I.A.T. Srl will put in place through the banks, the necessary procedures for the successful completion of the refund.
Biscottini I.A.T. Srl will issue all tax documents together with the goods delivered.

Deliveries and shipping costs

Italy

Attention: Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to check:
* that the number of packages corresponds to the transport document
* that the packaging is intact, undamaged and with the seals intact

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or the mismatch in the number of packages, must be immediately detected, with a specific reason for return / not taken over on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
Once the package has been opened, any problems concerning the physical integrity of the items ordered must be communicated to the Biscottini Customer Service by email to servizioclienti@biscottini.it or by telephone to 0587672000.

Delivery time: within 72 (seventy-two) working hours, delivery c / o ground floor c / o address specified in the order.



Complaints and returns

The company Biscottini IAT S.R.L. is willing to recognize any type of problem encountered on receipt of goods (defective items or items that do not meet expectations)

Modes of use

Biscottini I.A.T Srl declines any responsibility in case of improper use of the products offered for sale. Biscottini I.A.T Srl cannot be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, suffered by the customer for incorrect or improper use of the product.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 005, as amended by Legislative Decree 1/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 14 (fourteen) days in total from the date of receipt of the products.


The right of withdrawal will be fully taken over by the Company in the event of product quality discrepancies or production defects.
NOTE: If the return is requested for other reasons, the customer must return the products to OWN EXPENSES to Biscottini I.A.T. Srl within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of goods, the Customer Service will inform the customer of the destination address for the returned goods.

ATTENTION: The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts, and in the original packaging, without any signs of wear or dirt or improper use of the product, during the period of possession of the same by the customer, in full compliance with the conditions set out below:

Privacy Policy

The personal data collected with the forwarding of the Order will be processed by Biscottini I.A.T. Srl for the sole purpose of satisfying the express requests of the customer, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and the privacy policy on the site.
